Field Notes Leadership Coaching is all about providing practical, actionable advice for leaders who are often overworked and under-supported. Leadership is learned, but leaders so rarely have the mentorship they need to succeed!

I firmly believe that great leaders are developed, not born. And whilst the soft skills that might come naturally (to some) do go some way to making a strong leader, I believe every leader can benefit from mentorship, whether that be from a respected colleague or from a coach like me! My greatest professional passion is to get stuck right in to someone’s leadership woes, providing clarity and confidence to the path forward resulting in positive outcomes for both leader and team. My career has spanned retail, manufacturing and administrative teams which has given me a breadth of understanding of the core tenets of leadership in any context.
My methodologies are not in the realm of mindset transformations, or inspirational mantras. There are many coaches that excel at this - but I am not one of them. My coaching is deeply pragmatic, providing actionable advice and to-the-point guidance. So if you have ever pondered the following questions, I can help!
